Oh joys of joys...I did it. I wrote THE SCENE! Oh God it's awesome...so wonderful and everything I was hoping it would be...it's so scary cause I am ACTUALLY getting near the end of this story now! I mean, I still have probably a GOOD 50-100 pages to go (at 255 right now...BOO YAH!) but it's so close I can feel it. I'm so proud of myself cause my self-imposed deadline for this scene was the end of the week and I did it on Sunday night! Oh I LOVE it when I totally do that cause it takes a lot of the pressure off...Zach will be in New York in 23 days...so I really need to wrap things up. Then I can do a mega-edit and finally UPLOAD the damn thing and hopefully get ridiculous amounts of good reviews. Oh I do hope so...

*pant pant*

Sorry...I'm just still so excited. I finished reading "Interesting Times" by Pratchett last night so that means I'm FINALLY on "Maskerade" which is the book I've been waiting for since it's basically a parody on my absolute favorite book of all time, "The Phantom of the Opera"!! You know, I DO have a good chunk done on a Phantom phan-fic I was working on a few years ago. It's good too...I swore that after this story I wasn't going to write any more fan fiction, but the good thing about Phantom stuff is that Gaston Leroux's copyright is KIND of expired (since he did like 100 years ago) so it COULD actually be published. I don't know if there would be a market for it since there are already a couple really GOOD phan-fics out there, like "Phantom" by Susan Kay (SOOO GOOD!) and "Progeny" by Becky L. Meadows (also WICKED GOOD. I read it in one day, even though I had class the next morning and was up until about 2 am finishing it).

Oh I am just so verbose right now. Is that the right word? Or the write word? Ha. So incredibly hyper...I'm seriously so happy about my fic that I'm not even bummed that it's October and I'm in Bamie with 80 degree weather when I SHOULD be in MA with 65 degree or lower weather and at the Faire. Sigh. But it's cool...I have the Sterling Faire in NY and then I can do SCA stuff! Dang I need to get going on my sewing...I have so many things to make. Oh I just love the fall and how motivated I get!! Hehehe...also excited cause tomorrow I'm getting "Brideshead Revisted" from Netflix with a like 30-year-old Jeremy Irons starring in it! YAY! He's so cute-a-licious!! For some freaking WEIRD reason I have the urge to watch "Lolita" with him in it again, which is just so wrong. But he's cool so it's ok. Woot..."Heroes" is on tonight...haha...what a silly show. "Family Guy" wasn't particularly funny last night, which sucked, but what can you do? I got freaked out when Chris started talking about "Event Horizon" cause that movie scares the CRAP out of me, and that is SAYING something...Sam Neil is just so freaky. Ok Renny, Babbly Babbling...going to go now...I need to do some iTunes stuff on my lappie and rip my 69 Eyes cds into Media Player format for Katrin. Laters.
