I'm not sure what to say. I keep joining these trendy little blog sites and end up deserting them. About me, well, I'm happily married to a soldier who I usually see about every other year. I hope to be a novelist someday and although I have the framework for a fantasy novel I haven't felt like writing it so I've been working a Severus Snape-based fan fiction for a while now. I hate to sew, but I do it often because I like it wearing hot wench dresses to the Renaissance Faire and boasting that I made it when people ask me where I bought it. I'm pretty much obsessed with Japanese pop culture, my favorite things being high school based anime and dorama series, manga with hot bishounen (pretty boys) with long hair, loose socks (wikipedia them), JPOP and JROCK and my absolute favorite band right now is BUCK-TICK (pronounced "baku chiku" which means firecracker in Japanese.) They are really cool and have been together for 20 years which is so neat. They are all very pretty except for Hisashi who formed the band and writes all the music (sorry Hisashi fans, but he does NOTHING for me!). Go figure. I highly recommend them. My absolute favorite English-singing band is The 69 Eyes who are from Finland. Again, go figure. They are absolutely the best and their lead singer, Jyrki, looks like Snape! I also play lots of video games, the best being, again, ones with bishounen in them. I usually play rpgs but have lately become disenchanted with them so I'm playing lots more silly fun games like Katamari and Animal Crossing. I love shopping and own way too many clothes. I usually dress pretty yuppie in American Eagle and Abercrombie, but usually because I get stuff 75% off. I love Victoria's Secret and probably have more lingerie than T-shirts. And I never wear it. Right now I'm in upstate NY with my husband and our two cats: Atsushi or A-chan (named after the lead singer of BT. He loves cats too) and Nimue. I haven't finished college yet, but I figured that I'm the only one of my friends who got married, so there. I enjoy Godiva Truffles, Starbucks Tazo Chai lattes, Spaghettios, Curry and New England clam chowder. I'm from Boston so I'm required by law to support the Red Sox. I did ballet very seriously at the Boston Ballet School for a few years so my back and hips are pretty much f&*%ed for the rest of my life. But I have a lot of pointe shoes hanging on my wall. At the moment I'm taking electric guitar lessons and they are DAMN HARD! What else is there to say? I own a sword and several daggers, I use CKone Summer perfume, my hair is down to my waist, I go through periods where I am severely addicted to The Sims 2, my favorite color is grey (but only if it's spelled with an "e"), my favorite book of all time is "The Phantom of the Opera" and I have YET to see a movie that does it even a sliver of justice, I'm a die hard Alan Rickman fan even though he's 61, I really dig eye-liner on boys and I think we should all go back to when men had longer hair than women and wore tights. Those were the good times.
